透水磚的使用怎么順利進行？

我們都知道在戶外廣場、路邊的人行走道這種公共區域，因為沒有遮雨棚，為了避免路面積水造成不便，所以大多會選擇鋪設透水磚，以確保雨水可以及時滲入地下。那么對于透水磚的使用您知道怎么進行嗎？
We all know that in public areas such as outdoor plazas and roadside pedestrian walkways, because there is no canopy, in order to avoid inconvenience caused by water on the road area, most people will choose to lay permeable bricks to ensure that rainwater can seep into the ground in time. 1、路基處理。根據設計圖紙的要求開挖地面，確定好開挖的深度以及長寬尺寸，同時將路基上的土方等雜物清理干凈，并對路基表面進行填土夯實操作，壓實系數好能夠達到95%以上。
1. Subgrade treatment. Excavate the ground according to the requirements of the design drawings, determine the excavation depth, length and width, clean up the earth and other debris on the subgrade, and fill and compact the subgrade surface. The compaction coefficient can reach more than 95%.
2、鋪設墊層。墊層、基層以及緩沖層的鋪設都屬于路基的填土分層夯實操作，采用粗細不均的材料來填充路基可以確保良好的透水性，其中墊層所選用的主要是已經熟化的石灰顆粒、粘土等，石灰顆粒的直徑一般不可超過5毫米，而粘土顆粒好也不要大于15毫米。墊層的鋪設厚度一般在120毫米左右。
2. Lay cushion. The laying of cushion, base course and buffer layer is the layered compaction operation of subgrade filling. Filling the subgrade with materials with uneven thickness can ensure good water permeability. The cushion is mainly composed of hardened lime particles, clay, etc. The diameter of lime particles is generally not more than 5mm, and the clay particles are not more than 15mm. The laying thickness of the cushion is generally about 120 mm.
3、鋪設基層。基層位于墊層之上，一般可直接選用碎石鋪設，鋪設厚度大約為250毫米左右，壓實系數必須達到92%以上。
3. Lay the base course. The base course is located above the cushion, and can be paved directly with crushed stone. The paving thickness is about 250 mm, and the compaction coefficient must reach more than 92%.
4、緩沖層處理。基層之上便是緩沖層了，這層直接與透水磚相接，所以表面必須做好找平工作，因此也被稱為找平層。緩沖層一般可直接選用中砂鋪設，所選用的中砂好具有3—5毫米左右的級配，以達到更好的透水效果。緩沖層的鋪設不需要太厚，厚度達到30毫米便可。
4. Buffer processing. Above the base layer is the buffer layer, which is directly connected with the permeable brick, so the surface must be leveled, so it is also called the leveling layer. Generally, the buffer layer can be directly paved with medium sand, which has a grading of 3-5 mm to achieve better water permeability. The buffer layer needs not be too thick, and the thickness can reach 30mm.
5、鋪設透水磚。緩沖層做好了找平工作之后，便可在路面鋪設透水磚了。可利用水泥漿來固定透水磚，然后使用橡膠錘輕輕敲打，增強穩固性。每塊透水磚之間需要保留大約2毫米左右的縫隙，可讓雨水及時滲入地下。另外，對于有特殊圖案的路面，則需要嚴格按照圖紙上所設計的圖案鋪裝透水磚，避免鋪裝錯誤，影響美觀。
5. Lay permeable bricks. After leveling the buffer layer, permeable bricks can be laid on the pavement. Cement slurry can be used to fix the permeable brick, and then the rubber hammer can be used to gently knock to enhance the stability. A gap of about 2mm should be reserved between each permeable brick to allow rainwater to seep into the ground in time. In addition, for the pavement with special patterns, it is necessary to pave permeable bricks in strict accordance with the patterns designed on the drawings to avoid paving errors and affect the aesthetics.
6、填接縫砂。為了增強整個路面的耐久性與穩固性，在透水磚鋪設好之后還需要在表面掃填接縫砂。接縫砂一般選擇中細砂，將其均勻的掃填在透水磚路面上，利用車輪進行碾壓，也可直接讓行人進行踩踏，讓接縫砂完全填入縫隙中。
6. Fill the joint sand. In order to enhance the durability and stability of the entire pavement, the surface of the permeable brick needs to be filled with joint sand after it is paved. The joint sand is generally medium-fine sand, which is evenly swept and filled on the permeable brick pavement, and rolled by wheels. It can also be directly trampled by pedestrians, so that the joint sand can be completely filled in the gap.
7、路面清理。后便是對路面的清理了，將多余的接縫砂清掃干凈，也可對透水磚路面進行一定的保養，例如使用丙烯酸類制劑噴灑或者進行風格化處理，延長透水磚的使用壽命，同時做出仿古的效果來。
7. Road cleaning. After that, the pavement will be cleaned, and the excess joint sand will be cleaned, and the permeable brick pavement can also be maintained, such as spraying with acrylic agents or conducting stylized treatment, to extend the service life of the permeable brick, and at the same time make the effect of antique.
